Processing time is 3-4 Business Days (Not Including Weekends or Holidays)

Although, I do try to ship daily if possible.

Pre-Orders will ship in accordance to the date noted on the product.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment in a timely manner, please ensure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.

Contact us immediately if you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to change your address, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If your items are returned to us, it is your responsibility to pay additional shipping to have the items re-sent.

PLEASE NOTE: We have ZERO control over the speed of the US Postal Service. Once your package leaves our hands, it is beyond our control.

Customers will receive tracking for all orders.
